The warranty includes 10 years of product replacement and 12 months for parts and labour, ensuring lasting satisfaction.
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a resolution.
All return shipping costs are covered by us, and refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is received and approved.
